Grape variety: 100% sauvignon blanc

Growing area: east-facing slopes in Eppan Berg, at 450-600 m.a.s.l., as well as sites in Girlan, Rungg

Soil: glacial moraine gravel (porphyry, granite, gneiss) in Girlan and limestone gravel soils in Eppan Berg

Training system: Guyot with 6000-7000 vines/hectare

Yield: 45-50 hl/ha

Vine age: up to 25 years

Vinification: fermentation in steel barrels for about two weeks at a controlled temperature of 19-20° C, no malolactic fermentation. Aging on fine lees for several months.
