Types of implemented cookies
This website uses two different types of cookies:
A) Technically necessary cookies:
These cookies are necessary for the site to function without problems. They allow you to navigate the pages, view the contents and store your access data to allow faster access to the website, as well as keep your preferences and access data active even during navigation. Without these cookies, we could not provide the services for which users visit our site.
B) Statistical cookies and those for page analysis:
These cookies allow us to collect how visitors use our website. From this we draw information that allows us to improve the functioning of the pages and present content that best meets the wishes of our users. With the help of the aforementioned cookies, it is possible to analyze which pages are used more and which are used less, for example, by recording accesses, duration of stay and the pages of origin of the users. This in turn gives us the opportunity to find out what is already working well and what needs to be improved, and to check that the pages are being built quickly and displayed correctly. All the information and data collected by the aforementioned cookies are anonymous, so they cannot be associated with the users’ personal data. Moreover, they are processed by the website exclusively in aggregated form. To guarantee this, we use third-party services through which the data is anonymized and decoupled from the individual users (“single-in”). Whenever services are not fully anonymized, they are listed under third-party cookies. Their use may be declined to protect one’s privacy.
To analyze page performance, this website uses Google Analytics, a web-based tool provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses cookies to be able to collect data on the use of a website. The general information collected by the cookie about your use of the website (including your IP address) will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States of America. Google uses this data to track and study your use of the Website, to generate reports on Website usage for the Website Operator, and to provide other services related to the use of the Website and the Internet in general. Google may also disclose this information to third parties in those cases where this is permitted by applicable regulations or where the data is processed by third parties on behalf of Google. Google does not link your IP address to any other data held by Google.
The functions assumed by the cookies on this website are the following:
Analytics
Google Analytics is the analysis tool from Google. Thanks to Google Analytics, website and app owners receive important information about how their users interact with the resources they offer. Google Analytics may use certain cookies to collect data and share website usage statistics without obtaining information that makes individual users personally identifiable to Google. The Google Analytics pixel tag, in addition to sharing usage statistics, along with some advertising cookies, can also help to serve more relevant ads in Google products such as Google Search, as well as across the web.
Google Maps
On this website we use the offer of Google Maps. This allows us to show you interactive maps directly in the website and enables you to use the map function comfortably. By visiting the website, Google receives the information that you have accessed the corresponding sub-page of our website. In addition, the data collected when visiting our website is transmitted. This occurs regardless of whether Google provides a user account through which you are logged in or whether no user account exists. If you are logged in to Google, your data is directly assigned to your account. If you do not want the assignment with your profile at Google, you must log out before activating the button. Google stores your data as usage profiles and uses them for the purposes of advertising, market research and/or demand-oriented design of its website. Such an evaluation is carried out in particular (even for users who are not logged in) for the provision of tailored advertising and to inform other users of the social network about your activities on our website. You have the right to object to the creation of these user profiles, and you must contact Google to exercise this right. For more information on the purpose and scope of data collection and its processing by the plug-in provider, please refer to the provider’s privacy policy.
Social media plug-ins
We use social plug-ins of the social network Instagram on our website in order to make our winery better known via this. The responsibility for data protection-compliant operation is to be ensured by the provider. The integration of these plug-ins by us takes place by way of the so-called two-click method in order to protect visitors to our website as best as possible.
Our website uses so-called social plugins (“plugins”) from Instagram, which is operated by Instagram LLC., 1601 Willow Road, Menlo Park, CA 94025, USA (“Instagram”). The plugins are marked with an Instagram logo, for example in the form of an “Instagram camera”. When you call up a page of our website that contains such a plugin, your browser establishes a direct connection to the servers of Instagram. The content of the plugin is transmitted by Instagram directly to your browser and integrated into the page. Through this integration, Instagram receives the information that your browser has called up the corresponding page of our website, even if you do not have an Instagram profile or are not currently logged in to Instagram. This information (including your IP address) is transmitted by your browser directly to an Instagram server in the USA and stored there. If you are logged in to Instagram, Instagram can directly assign your visit to our website to your Instagram account. If you interact with the plugins, for example by clicking the “Instagram” button, this information is also transmitted directly to an Instagram server and stored there. The information is also published on your Instagram account and displayed there to your contacts. If you do not want Instagram to directly assign the data collected via our website to your Instagram account, you must log out of Instagram before visiting our website. For more information, please see the privacy policy (https://help.instagram.com/155833707900388) of Instagram.
