Grape variety: Pinot blanc

Growing area: east-facing single vineyard in Eppan Berg, at 550-600 m.a.s.l.

Soil: Loamy limestone gravel soils at the foot of the Mendel Mountains, largely dolomite rock

Form of cultivation: Guyot with 6000-7000 vines/hectare. Vines from single vine propagation from several , very old Pinot Blanc plants (selection massale).

Yield: 40-45 hl/ha

Age of the vines: Planting year 2006

Vinification: Fermentation in large wooden barrels and aging for 12 months on the fine lees , partially malolactic fermentation
