Alto Adige Pinot Bianco "Berg"

Grape variety: Pinot blanc

Growing area: east-facing slopes in Eppan Berg, at 500-600 m.a.s.l.

Soil: loamy limestone gravel soils at the foot of the Mendola Mountains, with a high content of dolomite.

Training system: Guyot with 6000-7000 vines/hectare

Yield: 45-50 hl/ha

Age of the vines: up to 20 years

Vinification: Fermentation in steel barrels for about two weeks at a controlled temperature of 19-20° C, no malolactic fermentation. Aging on fine lees for at least 10 months.
