Soil: mineral-rich, glacial moraine gravel (porphyry, granite, gneiss)

Training system: Guyot with 6000-7000 vines/hectare

Yield: 35-40 hl/ha

Vine age: up to 25 years

Vinification: maceration in open oak vats for about two weeks at a constant temperature of 28 ° C, malolactic fermentation and aging on the fine lees in barrique for 12-14 months.
