Soil / porphyry subsoil with large mineral inclusions, the top layer is sandy, loose, water permeable and easily heated with a small amount of silt, pH range slightly acidic.

Training system / classic pergola cultivation, as well as wire frame (Guyot) with 6000-7000 vines/hectare.

Vinification / harvest and grape selection by hand, maceration in open oak vats for about three weeks at a constant temperature of 28 ° C, malolactic fermentation and aging for 12-14 months on the fine lees in barrique and large oak barrels, bottle aging for one year.
